Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse at least 6 to 8 weeks before you travel. You will need to complete the travel form below and bring into the surgery at least one week before your appointment.

Not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS, there may, therefore, be a charge for some vaccinations. A note of any applicable charges is available from our reception or from the practice nurses.
