Travel Vaccinations

Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse at least 6-8 weeks before you travel as more than one appointment may be required with the Practice Nurse to complete your course of vaccinations. Some vaccines have to be ordered as they may not be a stock vaccine. Your final appointment should be at least 2 weeks before your date of travel to ensure immunity.

You will need to complete the following form and bring into the surgery at least a week before your appointment.
